HOW CAN I MOVE PEOPLE?
In order to market any product, in this case a new brand, you need to build an experience for the consumer by rethinking some important points.
At first we had many ideas that where not 100% clear, so we had to brainstorm and truly understand what we wanted: (some of the brainstorming done)

1. Situation Analysis
The Break is an online newspaper for english-speaking teenagers who live in Peru and want to be informed. Currently the page has no constant pattern, the brand is boring, unattractive and the Facebook page has 771 likes,very few visitors and no constant users. The articles being written are not read because we are associated with "news". The product is positioned in an open market as there are no competitors in the service we provide, but it is not exploding to its maximum.

Our companies marketing goals for December are to completely think and redesign "the break's" brand, creating an original concept with an attitude that is appealing to the audience. Have a new:
1. Theme
2. Logo
3. Design
and then
4. Promote it
4. Strategies and Tactics
1. Explore successful websites and blogs teenagers look at daily and annotate patterns, then use as inspiration to implement.
2. Use the dominating colors of the theme for the logo. Stick with simple but attractive. Talk to professionals in the graphic design field for external help in the overall design. Come up with at least 5 different logos and then test them over our target audience and the IA.
3. Outline certain parameters to keep the theme going with every post. Have a pattern through all cover photo's. Make the page have attitude. Make the writers have a presence in the page. Take new pictures of the writing team to introduce them to the public as well.
4. Boost page in social media and with additional payment on Facebook.

As seen, our plan was very simple but it was a great tool to understand and rethink all the ideas we had. In marketing it is really important to be organized with your thoughts, especially if you want to add value to a brand. You need to be very carful with the changes you do, making sure that they will satisfy your clients.
