David Fischman gave us the amazing opportunity to visit us once more, and he did. Today we met for the second time, but not to meditate, to determine which could be are adequate career.
We took the Myers Briggs test throughout the 2 hour visit and it was incredible. The point of this test was to figure out in what we were good at selecting our talents and weaknesses, as well as identifying your personality through different descriptions. The first questions of the test was in relation to your personality, such as being an introvert or an extrovert. After analyzing the different options I had, I agreed that I was an extrovert, sensing, feeling, and judging person. That was the first step of the activity, and once getting all those letter togethers: "ESFJ", I was able to read my description, which hopefully matched.
As soon as I started reading the description I felt as if Barbara was written down in the paper, it was hilarious.

"Of good heart, conscious and cooperative. Tries to find harmony in his/her environment and works with determination to set. He/she enjoys working with others to supplement with rigor, even in timed tasks. Leal, goes until the end even in small things. He/she notices what others need in their daily lives and tries to make it accessible for them. He/she wants to be appreciated by who he/she is and for the support he/she provides".
Through this first activity I was able to understand myself better, and get to know me due to all the opinions we shared about each other as a class. Many times people think they know themselves better than anyone else, but in this occasion the help of peers was vital. For instance, you might describe yourself as an artistic and creative person that only thinks about the future, but really what others see in you is a focused person that thinks in the present and that uses creativity not to invent new things but to improve and create solutions. That is exactly what happened in this test, people thought things that others were not in agreement with.
Once I had my personality type determined, I selected 12 of my strongest talents and 5 weaknesses. All my talents, were related with being organized, open minded, creative, focused, positive, communicator and collaborator. According to David Fischman my selection of talents matched perfectly with my personality and thats were he told me some of my careers.
David Fischman mentioned that I would be happy with something related to Human Resources, because I was an extrovert, focused and organized, which is what companies now a days are supposedly looking for. However, according to the Myers Briggs test apart from Human Resources, there were other options for me:
I'm not sure what career I would like to follow yet, thus it still was a privilege to explore my talents and myself, as well as getting a better clue of what I would be good and happy at when I'm out to college.
