The interview going on before us was in spanish, but as soon us we started speaking in english his mind switched languages and he started communicating perfectly with us. The transition between spanish to english was so smooth, that it seemed as if he was American, he dominated it extremely well.
The interview was a great success. Andres Moreno communicated so naturally and flawlessly that I could feel the confidence an assurance of Open English, letting me know by his speaking that he was happy, excited, and sure about his business, which according to many articles is doing very good.
Questions were all about being an entrepreneur, and how important it was for a CEO to be exposed to his audience, which he answered that it was a way to connect with them and make them feel welcome to the company.

At the beginning of the interview I was a little nervous, it was as if I was going to talk to a celebrity. At the same time I was excited, but I was scared of making the interview awkward or just a question answer conversation. When I began asking the questions, I felt less nervous due to the personality of Andres Moreno. He was really easy-going, so he made the environment really pleasant, helping me a lot to break down the nerves. His positive attitude made the interview really powerful and meaningful, because you could easily notice that what he was saying was coming form his heart, he was passionate about it. After getting to know himself better I was impressed by his ability to create Open English. Even though many people said no to his initial idea, as he mentioned, he was able to take that criticism as something valuable to improve his idea. Because he wanted so badly to create Open English and help people to be comfortable and improve their english, he did, and nothing stop it. He clearly mentioned that being an entrepreneur is something that you are when you want to be. One of the key phrases he mentioned was: "YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND HAVE FAITH IN THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN" because starting a business is a way of life and you have to really want to be an entrepreneur, you have to be willing to make a sacrifice, because you need to be engaged and committed to something not for days or for months, but for years. Many people do believe that being the CEO and founder of a company is important because people get to know you better, and you are recognized by your great work. However, Andres Moreno is happy to say that what makes him proud and happy of being the CEO of Open English, are days like this ones, were he gets to meet new people and share his thoughts and achievements with entrepreneurs and investors. I've been impressed by Andres Moreno, and his ability to be an entrepreneur and be successful by his own. I admire what he does, and I believe he is a role model for many people. I'm thankful for this opportunity, and for having an interview that I will remember for the rest of my life! | The questions I asked:
